When you leave town, it is not always possible to bring your pets with you. Leaving them in the care of trained animal care professionals is the preferred option for their comfort and safety.
Our staff in Johnson City, Tennessee, will love your pets like their own in your absence as they provide ample exercise and interaction daily. If your pet requires special care, such as medications or a special diet, our staff is fully qualified to administer them.
Dogs are walked at least twice a day in our secure yard. Our veterinary professionals will monitor them throughout the day, and stop by to offer some pats and scratches.
Larger dogs can use our traditional full size runs. Our cozy kennels are the perfect size for smaller dogs who want to curl up in a den-like enclosure.
Cats will be treated to special cat condos complete with tunnels leading to additional compartments for them to play in, and perches for them to lounge on.
We know that every pet is special, and we are willing to work with you to accommodate their personality and routine. If you have a shy or timid cat, we will keep them away from the hustle and bustle. If you have a playful pup, our staff will take them on romps and play games with them.
Please bring sufficient portions of your pet’s typical food when you drop them off. Changing food suddenly can cause stomach upset. If you are unable or forget to bring their regular food in, they will be served Science Diet.
We must insist that all pets who are boarded in our facility have received proper vaccinations. This is not only for their health and safety, but for the health and safety of all of our guests. If your pet is behind on a certain vaccination, we will be happy to provide them with it before their check in date.
